Business details: USDOT and MC numbers, legal business name, operation type, equipment and VINs.
Driver details: names, dates of birth, license numbers and driving history, used to order motor vehicle records for underwriting.
Insurance history: current carrier, premium, losses and contract requirements.
Site usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and ad-click identifiers through cookies and pixels, including the Meta pixel.

How we use it

To prepare and request insurance quotes from carriers and wholesalers on your behalf.
To contact you about your quote, follow up, and send renewal reminders.
To look up public records such as your FMCSA registration and vehicle data.
To measure and improve our advertising and this website.

Who we share it with

We share your application with the insurance carriers, wholesalers and underwriting services needed to quote and place your coverage, and with service providers that run our CRM, phone and email systems under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

Text messages are optional and sent only if you check a consent box on our form. There are two separate boxes, and you can choose one without the other:

Quote and service texts: your quote request, appointment scheduling and reminders, policy service and renewal updates.
Marketing texts: occasional offers, coverage tips and updates.
